Navigating the ACCEPS payment system

From the main ACCEPS page select 'Atenveldt' from the Kingdom menu. Click the 'go to event selection' button.
This takes you to the 'Atenveldt Event Selection' page; select '12th Night'. Click the yellow 'go to selection' button. You are now at the beginning of the registration process for the event..

Some feasts will be available for purchase at troll.

Paid reservations may be transferred if the person with the reservation AND the person using it appear together at the troll asking for reassignment OR a written, signed note from the person holding the paid reservation is presented at troll.

Reservations that are not picked up two hours before the start of the feast (starts at 5PM) will be resold.

Feasters who do not use their reservations may send written refunds requests to the Kingdom Exchequer.

Important Youth Information

If you are bringing a minor to an event who is not your own child or allowing your child to attend an event with another adult, please make sure that the appropriate forms are completed, signed, and notarized before the event. You will need to complete two (2) forms. They are the

Temporary Guardian Form
Medical Authorization for Minor Form

You will need to have two (2) copies of each form. One copy will handed in at TROLL and you must keep the second copy with you. Remember that both forms must be notarized If these forms are not competely filled out, signed, and notarized the minor in question will not be permitted to attend the event.
